<p>Singlecylinder hydraulic cone crusher is a primary medium &amp; fine crushing machine. It uses one hydraulic cylinder to integrate discharge adjustment, tramp iron protection and cavity clearing. Compact and highly automated, it handles hard materials with compressive strength ≤350MPa.</p><p>Working Principle: The motor drives an eccentric sleeve, making the mantle (moving cone) gyrate. It periodically approaches and recedes from the concave (fixed cone). Materials are crushed via layered compression, shearing and grinding; qualified particles discharge from the bottom.
