Flotation Machine

Flotation machine sorts minerals based on surface hydrophobicity difference with flotation reagents, a key mineral purification device.
Working Principle: Ore pulp flows into tank, reagents adjust mineral surface property. Impeller stirs and generates air bubbles. Hydrophobic minerals attach to bubbles and float up into foam, hydrophilic impurities sink down. Separate materials are collected respectively.
Main Components: Tank body, impeller and stator, transmission unit, aeration device, reagent feeding system, foam scraper.
Types
oMechanical stirring type: Integral stirring and aeration, wide application
oAir inflating type: Independent air supply, low power consumption, stable separation
Advantages: High sorting accuracy, effective separation of associated minerals; flexible processing size, high mineral recovery rate; stable operation and easy adjustment.
Applications: Separation of copper, lead-zinc, gold, fluorite and other non-ferrous & non-metallic ores, tailings recycling and purification.
